About Public Voting for the Popular Choice Award

One A+Award Finalist in every category will win a Popular Choice Award based on the number of public votes they receive. Public Voting for the Popular Choice awards starts April 29 and only remains open through May 10. Encourage your followers to visit the A+Awards Public voting site before the polls close on May 10. It’s a great way to grow awareness for your work and engage a new audience of your own.

Here’s what you can do:

Share news about your nomination on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Encourage your followers to participate by posting your project name and category with the voting site link on your social platforms. Here are a few sample posts to get you started:

“We’re an A+Awards finalist – and you can help us become a winner! Vote for our project [project name] in the [category name] category here! #ArchitizerAwards” (awards.architizer.com/a/page/vote-now)

“Excited to be a finalist in this year’s @Architizer A+Awards! Have you voted for us in the [category name] category yet? #ArchitizerAwards” (awards.architizer.com/a/page/vote-now)

We love to hear about finalists who are campaigning for an A+ Popular Choice Award so let us know what you’re doing by tagging @architizer and liking us on the Architizer Facebook Page. If you need some pointers check out what we are posting on our pages.

Include the link to the A+Awards voting site and your project name and category in an email blast to your network of clients, colleagues, collaborators, and friends, and encourage them to share too. You can also link to coverage of the A+Awards Finalists on Architizer.com and ask your community to search for your category or share the link to your specific category’s page.

Include the visual icon of your achievement – our A+Awards finalists’ badges, provided below – on your website or in your email signature.
