About Public Voting for the Popular Choice Award
One A+Award Finalist in every category will win a Popular Choice Award based on the number of public votes they receive. Public Voting for the Popular Choice awards starts July 10th and only remains open for 10 short days through July 20th. Encourage your followers to visit the A+Awards Public voting site at vote.architizer.com before the polls close on July 20th. It’s a great way to grow awareness for your work and engage a new audience of your own.
Here’s what you can do:
- POST TO SOCIAL MEDIA
Share news about your nomination on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, and even LinkedIn. The voting process is designed so that users can share their choices to their own social sites after they cast their votes so its a great way to generate some buzz for your project. Encourage your followers to participate by posting your project category and title with the voting site link on your social platforms, and ask them to share their results when they are done.Here are a few sample posts to get you started:
“We’re an A+Awards finalist – and you can help us become a winner! Vote for our project [project name] in the [category name] category here! #ArchitizerAwards” (vote.architizer.com)
“Excited to be part this year’s @ArchitizerAward. Did you vote for us at vote.architizer.com yet? #ArchitizerAwards” (vote.architizer.com)
